YOUR SOLID FOUNDATION

The Metro Tab Internship Program is designed to provide the experience, exposure and education necessary for building a solid foundation for your calling.

EXPOSURE.

Life Groups

Build Community within the church beyond the internship program by participating regularly in Life Groups.

Community Outreach

Be a part of changing the lives of others in our community by working with the many outreach organizations that partner with Metro Tab.

Mentorship

Sharpen your gifts and talents and push past your comfort zone through one-on-one development with your assigned mentor.

EXPERIENCE.

Campus Operations

Take ownership over tasks within your department – giving you the opportunity to gain confidence in your leadership.

Life Group Apprenticeship

Assist a Life Group leader with: planing topics, discussions and events, preparing for group meetings and leading group discussions.

Spiritual Fasting

Engage in a time of corporate fasting with other interns where you can pause, remove distractions, and grow closer to God.

EDUCATION.

Teachings with Staff

Learn directly from the leaders and staff members at Metro Tab Church on a variety of topics that will stretch, grow, and equip you for success.

Bible Study

Participate in an intern led Bible study, once a week, as an opportunity to create intentional time with God in the midst of a busy schedule.

Teaching with Pastor Steve Ball

Engage in a special teaching with Pastor Steve on leadership development and ministry.

Administration & Events
– Planning and executing events
– Managing data
– Administrative work with systems
– Provide support to office systems including front desk, staff facilities, etc.

Campus Support
– Plan and coordinate campus & volunteer events
– Work alongside Dream Team volunteers each weekend
– Assess and improve current processes
– Assist campus staff each weekend

Metro Kidz (6 weeks-5th grade)
– Research learning activities for kids ministry
– Coordinate purchasing of supplies
– Serve in Metro Kidz Zone each weekend
– Assist with volunteer communication

Merge Students (middle & high school)
– Identify & recruit students
– Plan & coordinate student events
– Assist in planning and preparing
– Maintain database of leaders & students

Life Groups
– Maintain database of Life Group Leaders
– Coordinate Life Group events
– Planning and scheduling Life Group communication
– On campus recruiting for Life Groups each weekend

Community Outreach
– Plan and coordinate community outreach events
– Work alongside Outreach Partners & volunteers
– Assist with identifying opportunities to serve
– Logistical planning

Guest Services
– Assist with all Guest Service responsibilities on campus
– Maintain relationships with volunteer leaders & teams
– Coordinate logistics for campus supplies & resources
– Assist with implementing & improving processes

Music & Arts Team
– Administrative support to the Execute Music & Arts Pastor
– Assist with music cataloging
– Assist with volunteer communication and scheduling
– Participate in worship events (vocals/band)

Production Team
– Work with production volunteers
– Assist with sound booth and media room production
– Research materials for creative elements
– Assist the on campus producer for each worship experience

Video/Audio Team
– Work with video/audio volunteers
– Assist with communication and scheduling of volunteers
– Record audio/video
– Assist with post production editing and mixing.

Graphic & Web Design
– Design graphic materials for worship experiences, events and ministries
– Design marketing campaigns and emails
– Assist in running and creating content for MetroTab.net
– Assist in web design for Metro Tab Church websites

Facilities Management
– Manage facilities projects
– Work order management and logistics
– Perform maintenance
– Assist with central needs
